Spring honey is a rarity among our beekeeping operation.
It’s special, floral and tastes like the blossoms we smell in May and June. It is very fragrant and rich.
Unfiltered with high amounts of pollen and microbial activity. It has never been heated. We simply extract the frames of honey and let it fill the pails, let all the wax float to the top and pour through a spigot at the bottom of the pail.
Highly recommended for colds and spring fever. .
Spring honey is a premium product. Enjoy in tea or on toast and in select charcuterie spreads. It is too floral for coffee, try our regular wild raw honey for that experience.
Harvested in June. 16.5% water read on the refractometer. This is a premium range for honey.
